Are samples included?
We want to ensure you absolutely love your fragrance before diffusing it in your space. You will find a sample pack of reeds soaked in the fragrance you purchase to help experience the bliss before opening the bottle.
Do I need to dilute my fragrance oil with water?
No, never add water. Our diffusers utilize ultra-fine atomizing technology that creates a very fine mist that leaves no residue and does not need to be diluted using water or additional solvents beforehand.
Can your fragrance be used around children and pets?
Yes, our fragrances can be used around children and pets. Please follow all recommended safety guidelines.
How long does the fragrance last for?
This depends on the output setting you select on your diffuser. The stronger the output, the shorter the fragrance will last. Generally, 3 ounces of fragrance will last between 3 – 6 weeks.
What is in your fragrance?
We use high-quality essential oils in our fragrances. Pure synthetics are also used when an essential oil is known to be allergenic, unsustainable, or has not received safety clearance from IFRA (International Fragrance Association). We voluntarily surpass strict health and ecological restrictions and rigorously limit the number of VOCs in all of our fragrances.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Exercise caution when handling this product. It May cause skin and eye irritation. Not for topical use. Do not consume.
For optimal performance, we recommend only using Phoenicia Essence fragrance with our diffusers.
