How do I install the Bluetooth App?
Please visit your app provider and download the Scent Marketing app. This application will allow you to program your diffuser and adjust output settings.
How do I connect my diffuser to the Bluetooth app?

Step 1 – Turn on your diffuser
Step 2 – Open the Scent Marketing App
Step 3 – Find your diffuser on the list of available Bluetooth devices
Step 4 – Enter the password. The default password is 8888
Step 5 – After you enter the password, press Login
Step 6 – Adjust schedule and output as desired

The app will allow you to change the run schedule, add multiple starts and stop times, and change the days of operation. When you are finished making changes, press the save button to save your settings.

To reset the password, please hold the power switch for 3 to 5 seconds until you hear a beep. The password has now been reset to the default password, 8888.

Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards at this time. Please check back at a later date.
Do you offer a scent subscription?
We currently do not offer a scent subscription but are in the process of implementing a program.
Where are your products made?
Our fragrances are proudly manufactured in the United States using the highest quality of raw materials that are ethically sourced and never tested on animals. Our diffusers are manufactured in Guangdong Province, China and meet the compliance standards laid out by United States law.
Are your products recyclable?
Yes. We encourage customer to recycle empty fragrance bottles and cardboard packaging.
What are your business hours?
Our warehouse operates Monday thru Friday, 9am – 5pm (MST), except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.
